After a couple of meetings together and 2 working group sessions with other Hive members, the pair worked on:

  • A pricing strategy for the start-up’s target market
  • The revenue growth challenge encountered by the executive’s business unit

The executive was able to benchmark with trustworthy peers new routes to market. He also investigated new pricing models with an innovative approach presented with the entrepreneur . While sharing his skills and knowledge of pricing methodology, the executive has identified new routes into the B2C market relevant to his own business.
